Castelfrigo plant is located in Castelnuovo Rangone, in Modena province, real and authentic processing district in Italy for the raw pig meat.
The Company, born in 1983, has premises that covering a surface of 15,000 square meters extending over an area of about 25,000 square meters. It employs a workforce of about 200 units and it is able to process over than 100.000 think flank per week.
The Company runs a fleet of vehicles of the latest generation which see to the continuous incoming flow of raw material and prompt delivery of the
finished goods. Direct management of transport is an integrated part of the Castelfrigo’s policy that is set out to offer a complete service to its clients in order to guarantee the best quality of the product on offer.
