Castelfrigo, since 1983 craftsmanship and development.
The company was born in 1983 as a small artisan. From the very beginning the firm is specialized in the cutting of raw pig meat, mainly thin flank and throat.
From those early stages the Company has developed into a fully fledged industry but without loosing its “artisan” character which
represents the greatest single asset of the Company. It is thanks to this character that the Company can capitalise on the positive response of the market and the leadership of this sector.
In 2006 the new plant was born, highly automated and able to process more than 100.000 think flank per week.
In 2020 Castelfrigo becomes part of the Cremonini Group, national and international leader in the world of Italian food, not only in the historic beef sector, but also in the distribution and catering sectors.
