The high level of the technology applied to the production stages makes it possible to achieve important results, the first of which is the electronic management of the meat traceability by means of a bar-code system that stores all the information needed regarding any meat that is processed stored or dealt with in any way by the firm.

Other objectives pursued through technological innovation and automation are the optimization of the manufacturing and processing stages together
with the elimination of the manhandling of meat at every stage.

The freezing area is an extremely sophisticated and highly technological space too: facility equipped with high efficiency freeze tunnels, robots and automated packaging and palletizing processing lines.
